Did you reset your counters and do the developer stir after your PM? There is also a quality calibration. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I did thru PM mode. Both developer initialisation and counter reset is done automatically. However I did not change other PM parts I only turned them off to remove the Time for Maintenance Message.

The sawtooth and grid could certainly account for your light copies. =^..^=

Well that isn't going to be very practical. Have you tried running the toner motor in 03 Mode? =^..^=

Yes I did and the motor is OK. I wonder why the copiers are not sensing toner is low. This happened after changing drum developer thru PM mode.

There is no reason that you shouldn't use 6S-01 to stir your developer. I do it frequently, without any problems. How many copies on the developing unit? Does it make that growling noise when the texture on the developing roller starts rubbing against the doctor blade? Or maybe the toner sensor has just failed? Are you certain that the developer is agitating? No loss of developer drive?

If it were me, I would visually examine the main drive. It's surprisingly easy to access. If the main drive looks okay, and I confirmed that the developer was agitating, then I would order a toner sensor and replace it. =^..^=
