Did you reset your counters and do the developer stir after your PM? There is also a quality calibration. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I did thru PM mode. Both developer initialisation and counter reset is done automatically. However I did not change other PM parts I only turned them off to remove the Time for Maintenance Message.Comment

The sawtooth and grid could certainly account for your light copies. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

Yes I did and the motor is OK. I wonder why the copiers are not sensing toner is low. This happened after changing drum developer thru PM mode.Comment

Re: light copies estudio 455 and 456
If it were me, I would visually examine the main drive. It's surprisingly easy to access. If the main drive looks okay, and I confirmed that the developer was agitating, then I would order a toner sensor and replace it. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
