    Generic toner?
How many copies on the developer?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'd do a developer change and install an OEM toner. If that clears it up I would advise against the Generic toner. If you're providing the generic toner you've got a problem explaining why you use it.

If the customer is patient and wants to save some money, you can just change the toner cartridge, then let the generic toner diminish gradually. The quality will get better and better over a period of a couple thousand pages. =^..^=

I've also seen this on machines where the 2nd transfer roller is due to be replaced. If you've got 300-400k on the machine and are using the original 2nd transfer then changing that might fix the problem.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?
