scan and e filing do not work

hi, one of es 282 copier scan and e filing did not work , after initialize 08>665 code it works scan and e filing. Now one of es 455 is same I mean scan and e filing does not work but I did not find look like 08>665 code(M/SYS all clearing). Do you know which code can work on es455 copier to enable scan and e filing???
note: there have print and scan kit

Perform HDD test (08-694) before initialize all .

if you need to initialize all AD & AJ codes, use 9090 (printer all clear)
Procedure:
1. Set 08-201.
2. Perform 08-9090.
3. Perform 08-4581.
4. Set 08-203 to "0".

1.E filing function disabled or, 2.you can store to e filing & but cant access local folder via pc ?

E filing function and scan function is disable though scan kit is installed

Is it a separate scan and print dongle installed, or one print/scan dongle? Check that it is the correct one for the model. Is it showing as installed through TopAccess?

Hi friend!

never set 08-665 with old copier ( e_xx0-xx2-xx3) , it is very dangerous for your machine.

you can use some code follow: 08-693,947,1001 and 690 (enter) , if non , you can update new firmware because some machine ( xx0) needn't update firmware but it can photo, but can't print

e455 is difference codes .
