Can you re-phrase? I understand that you cannot scan. What type of scanning? SMB, FTP, Email, TWAIN, to the MFPs HDD? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

So you want to scan to the MFP's HDD. Have you checked the FILE_SHARE folder from a PC to see if your documents are going into the folder? Just note the destination in the scan screen, i.e.: //mfphostname/file_share

Type it into the RUN:< screen of a PC on the network then OK. =^..^=

DId u login TopAccess and check whether file share is disable???

Save as local HDD = Enable

                SMB Restriction
File Share — Select this to enable SMB printing, but disable the file sharing service using SMB
