I'm setting up scan to email using Gmail's Primary and Secondary DNS. (8.8.8.8) & (8.8.4.4)
In TopAccess under Network, DNS Session I update the DNS Primary & secondary. Save and save, then wait for the machine to initialize.
After the machine initializes, the DNS Primary Server Address keeps automatically updating to the default IP address preventing email's from being sent. I've updated the firmware and it keeps happening..
Any ideas on how to correct this issue? Maybe a setting that I need to disable?
Also the scan to email was working perfect at our shop, this is only happening on the customers router.
