Has digital lines in different areas on the page front to rear. Lines are random in length one to 6in. Also has smudgy areas that come and go. Also getting lines on trail edge after straight lines. This machine has a complete PM with drum, new main charge unit, cleaning blade, developer and a fuser rebuild. All parts with less than 10k on the parts all OEM with Toshiba toner. Copier has 179k total print. Anyone seeing these problems? Thanks for any help.

Would you be able to post samples? Is it happening on copying and printing?Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"? -

Happens printing and copying. The digital lines that go front to rear appear in random areas on the page. Lighter lines that look like double images but only follow lines on prints or copies. New cleaning blades fix the lighter lines that go from lead to trail but only for a few thousand copies then the lines come back.

Did you change the DV unit separators ? (or bushings/little "disks" on both sides of the magnetic roller), they get worn and cause the drum to "crash" every once and then against the magnetic brush & causing weird lines...
