    Hi

    I am Toshiba used Machine Seller,

    I gave machine to my client, he run around 300000 copier in that machine,

    now he has light print copier issue, when I service the machine , after 50 copies fine, again light print problem

    Toner adding problem is their , I change toner adding sensor also,

    can anyone help me on this to solve, pls

    When you ask about a quality issue, it's generally helpful to attach an image sample. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      What is the current meter read on the copier? Has the Developer been changed?

      Can you print off the PM support list and post it?

      Press 9 + Start and power on. Enter 103 press start.
