[Dead] Toshiba E4500C - Functional Error Code SC369

I've searched for this code and cannot seem to find exactly what is wrong. The one I found indicates it is the drum motor. Does anyone know this to be true and if yes, how do I get this replaced? If we order, can we replace ourselves or should I search for a Toshiba technician? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

This is a relabelled Ricoh 3260c discontinued in 2009. Consider the copier scrap and get a new copier from Toshiba. Nobody is going to want to service it and you are past the seven year requirement for Toshiba to keep parts in stock for a discontinued product.

So, I suppose I was dyslexic when I typed the error code.

SC396 is the actual code...does that change diagnosis?

As stated earlier this machine is obsolete. It will be hard to find parts for it. Good luck.
