I replaced a belt and shaft in the finisher (MJU-1032) and then replaced a grinding exit motor and now halfway through every print CC94 pops up. The manual says "The turning ON of the fan locking signal is detected consistently after the specified time*. * A locking signal is not monitored from the start driving the motor until the specified time has passed." as a resolution which doesn't help me solve the problem.

I guessing the fan connector got unplugged or loosened from the previous work?
Good news, upon quick look at the manual, there seems to only be one fan in those finishers.
Oh, since the fan is labeled under the motor section, I bet that is what is meant in the statement "A locking signal is not monitored from the start driving the motor...." Possible also poorly translated Japanese to English -

I agree with seansbar. You may have forgotten to re-connect the fan's connector, pinched one of the wires to frame, or accidentally blocked the fan blades preventing it from spinning up. It could be any of those.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I will get at it and see if any of those solutions help me get this running, if you told me 15 years ago I would be working on a 600 stapler I never would have believed it .Comment
