Toshiba e studio 4520c CAOO code

Hey guys working on a 4520 that was moved across country with the drums and toner removed from the unit for the move. In setting it up I am getting a CA00 code after 1-5 copies. When I remove the drum units I can see the laser glass exposed. The bar the covers are attached to has shifted to the left. Any suggestions on how to move that bar back. I am not sure I can get in there and remove that gear it is a tight squeeze. Before I try that I thought maybe someone more familiar with the machine had a suggestion that might move it back though diagnostics. Thanks
See attached pictures. This is what happened while moving machine.

The slit glass cleaner is not causing CA00 has nothing to do with the slit glass cleaner.

CA00 means that the toner density patch sensor cannot see some of the patches. The sensor might be dirty or the shutter not opening. But most likely one of those imaging units is not developing properly.

So what you'll want to do is put all those imaging units back in and power On. When it starts initial rotations it will eventually go into the error. Remove the primary transfer belt to see which patched are poorly developed: C, M, Y, or K.

Examine the developing unit that is developing poorly. Most likely the developer is depleted and you'll see diagonal voids on the developing roller.

And its CA00 not CAOO. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have seen the transfer belt cleaner unit being out of position cause CA00,CA40, and other image control related error codes. If the TBU lifting lever was left open during transport it would increase the chance of it moving out of position.

I have not worked on Toshiba in a while but I seem to remember that code being caused by the rear corona block breaking on one of the colors and the charge comb becomes unattatched. If that is it you can tell by the feel which one it is by the way the corona cleaner feels and also that drum will be solid with toner.
