I have this message "Toner near empty" K.. I changed the toner sensor. Still gave me the message... The customer ran a big job and the next call was the developer was gone. I changed the developer drum and charge grid and wire. (Did a 204 set up..) Message is still there, I put a new OEM toner cartridge in it. I opened the door and closed it a few times. Actually put toner into the drum/dev unit (About a tablespoon). I also did check the toner motor and it did turn... Any help would be very appreciated Thanks

Re: Toshiba 3510C "Toner near empty" Black
First check whether it's the right kind of toner cartridge. The toner cartridge for the eS2830 (T-FC28-K) looks exactly like the toner cartridge for the eS3510 (T-FC35-K) and the toner cartridge for the eS2540 (T-FC25-K), but the coupler does not engage. The toner type is embossed in the plastic cartridge. You'll want T-FC35-K.
Under User Functions > User > General > Replace toner cartridge > select color.
I've also seen a failed developing motor cause this issue. Good luck finding one. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Toshiba 3510C "Toner near empty" Black
Ask the customer if they drive a car that was discontinued 10 years ago.
Toshiba is only required to maintain parts and supplies for seven years past discontinuation date.
This old dog of a never that great copier is not getting any better with age.
Time for a shiny new Toshiba e3505AC.Comment
