Toshiba 3510c ADF scan or copy light

ADF scan or copy is much lighter then the scan or copy from the glass.

Scan is set to the max resolution etc. I tried all user setting option with no luck.

I run scan callibration 05-4-fax and 05-1642, still ADF scan/copy too light.

Any idea how to adjust the ADF scan/copy darker?

    Thanks

I think I'd start by cleaning the scanner optics: mirrors, reflectors, lenses. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

This old pig was a dog. There is no upside in trying to maintain a copier that was discontinued 10 years ago and was never that great. Toshiba is no longer required to technically support the product nor stock toner and parts.

Time to deny a service contract and upgrade the customer to a new e3505AC.
