    Re: jam E010 help

Any time I've come across E010 jams on Broadpeak machines the paper was at the fuser because the fuser was not turning. There are several possibilities:

    1) the heat collar on the drive side of foam roller in the fuser has turned to dust.
    2) the gear that drives the fuser on the inner frame has turned to dust.
    3) some other drive fault with the fuser drive pack.

    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The fuser transport sensor is the same with the fuser belt rotation sensor. You can swap these two sensors between them, if error changes to C4E2 then definitely the sensor is bad.

Thanks for this post, I'm in the same boat, swapped sensors with the fuser sensor and problem followed the sensor.

I can't find that sensor anywhere, and I'm not a Toshiba dealer.... Is there possibly a different sensor that would work, or if anybody knows where I can buy one of those, let me know!

            Thanks,
