    [CQ] runnig time in warming up toshiba 455

    hello my friends.
    i have a toshiba 455
    time to ready in toshiba 455 is 20-30 secound

    but in my device :
    when turn on device main motor run and (warming up) 30 second
    but a normal device is :
    when turn on main motor run (warming up) under 10 second and warming up next 20 secound

    That's what I've done
    i change hdd
    update
    reset 9090
    change 08-517
    change fuser roller
    change thermistor
    reset lgc boaard
    change lgc board

    but no change
    I'm grateful for your help in solving this problem

      I've seen thermostats develop resistance at 180C, so the output from the lamps decrease. I've also seen lamps with hot and cold spots. So I think that I would change the lamps and thermostats. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          ok your right
          but why main motor run 30 second
          if lamp or thermostats have problem must be error or need high time to warming up

          warming up time is ok
          my problem is main motor run 30 secound

              It might need a developer replacement,
              old developer=the machine runs longer to tone up at start and any other time during the day whenever
              the toner reference becomes low.

              Will also happen if you are using a cheap toner instead of OEM. (original).

                      wow.. did you THINK ( I know you didn't post ) life of ALL consumables? yes... an older dev unit/nonOEMtoner/Thermostats can all be a factor..
                      BUT we really need to see: life on parts/fuser temp settings/error logs.. ya know VITAL INFORMATION. ( do you even have service manual? )
                      why go shotgunning parts BEFORE you are absolutely SURE on the cause? Could you have been my GP when I was diagnosed with Diabetes?
