    E Studio 355 Toner fusing

My E Studio 355 has a problem fusing toner to the paper. I replaced the fuser rollers and put the tension springs in the most tension slot. I do not have a service manual. What 08 Code sets the fuser temp? Is is the same code as some of the older models? Like the 350/450 series? Any help would be appreciated.

What media gsm are you using?
What media type is selected for the affected trays?

Don't you think that this is pertinent? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Original toner?

OEM Toner. It is thick paper being run through the bypass properly set up as to what media is on the bypass tray. The media is acceptable according to specs. The machine has 270K and I have no idea if the fuser has ever been paid attention too. So I replaced the rollers, increased the spring tension and wanted to boost the temp as a final task.

Does the toner properly attach to 20 lb bond paper? Is the thick paper textured as in not perfectly smooth?

This is an old copier, long discontinued. Toshiba will discontinue all support on 03/2020, one year from now.
