Trying to help dealer friend i am not familar with this brand. Error code e718 is displayed along with jam indicator for adf checked paper paths checked for stuck flag levers removed front and rear cover to check the basic stuff dirty sensors slipped drive belt 2 seconds of drive is all i get when i open and close top door the only rollers i see turning are the exit rollers a full length roller that is half white reference roller whatever that is. It has a flag attached on front side that uses two photo sensors. If that helps. I have no spare anything for this copier so if we have to order parts so be it. Thanks for help

E718 is an original tray lift error. For some reason the lift plate isn't moving. You can check the DSDF tray lift upper limit sensor FS-03-[F2]ON/[6]/[E]. Most likely though there is a foreign object or obstruction to the lift plate moving. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
