When I enter FS mode and the select menu comes up I touch 03 test mode. Then the only option I can see is to select Next which brings me too...F2 Fax. F1(copy) and F3 (Scan) are greyed out. All I'm trying to do is test sensors in a MR3031. What am I missing to get in to test mode? Ricoh tech very new to Toshiba. Thanks in advance for your help!

Nevermind! It's FS-03-NEXT-start. This is NOT how it is listed in the manual! Sorry to waste everyone's time!Comment

I'm glad you got it figured out. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
