Can't enter in 03 test mode on 3505ac
When I enter FS mode and the select menu comes up I touch 03 test mode. Then the only option I can see is to select Next which brings me too...F2 Fax. F1(copy) and F3 (Scan) are greyed out. All I'm trying to do is test sensors in a MR3031. What am I missing to get in to test mode? Ricoh tech very new to Toshiba. Thanks in advance for your help!
