    MJ-1112 ribbon cable

Been through the parts manual four times and can't find the ribbon cable that connects the SDL and main PCB's. If someone could give me the page and item number, I'd appreciate it.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks a lot blackcat. Where did you get that image? My parts manual is from FYI, looks nothing like that.

That's RIBON. It's a Toshiba proprietary application that organizes you parts manuals into a single application. =^..^=

Thanks. I'll check it out. Looking at it right now on FYI. Still don't understand why I couldn't find it in the tech to go parts manual

Not to beat a dead horse BC, but I plugged the number in my search on my manual. It appears you have to buy the plate it's glued on. Luckily Toshiba has one in stock. Just one.

Yes, I saw that. If it was HP you'd have to buy the whole finisher. =^..^=
