    Upgrade from 50cpm to 25cpm? Not much of an upgrade, and the color won't be as good. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Hi Blackcat,

        They barely use the colour and it is in a small office, 7 users. The 5055 was extreme overkill for the users. Just wanted to keep it simple for them and see how they like it. Upgrade was to a newer machine.

            Hi All,

            After trying some spare Logic boards and having success, I solved the problem.
            OK the customer loves the TA 2552 and wants that instead. Up to sales now to do their magic.
