Couple things.... that series was notorious for backing up the waste toner bottle, causing the transfer belt cleaner to fill up and the spring auger would pop out.
Most of the time I found it was sometimes due to the customer running sky shots. Check your toner coverage percentage and if high, that's probably it. Or maybe
they are running a lot of full coverage images.
If it is skyshots, one thing I had to do to stop it was to find an old mercury bulb tilt switch, wrapped it on the inside of the ADF, ran the wire down to the plug you'd pull for a
key counter, and give them a 30-40 degree angle. I didn't tell them I did this and waited for them to call wanting to know why the screen would say "insert key counter" when
they tried to make copies. NEVER had a problem after that!

The funny thing is that i have low color enabled on 100k machine and it takes just 10k from last replacement on low coverage to fully fill wast box
Cant understand that machine slighty pulls toner to waste box without any irregularities on print or copies

        Low color counter*
As for the tr.belt cleaner...when system report to change waste box,you can put it out shake it and put back in and after that system never again report for waste box full and you get hell marry after some time...once i get that spring auger snaped and one part ripped tr.belt and other scratch all drums. Since then i've been turning 08/4768 (2) function

I love that solution! I did something similar on the Kyocera high capacity paper decks. Users would put paper UNDER the lift plate, then when the plate lowered it would snap the cables. I added a normally closed microswitch inline with the doorswitch, then positioned it under the lift plate. When you stack paper under the plate it always shows "Door Open". When they call I would say: "... did you look UNDER the lift plate?"

Oh, that, yes I remember ...

          You can't fix stupid.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I currently have a Estudio 5516 that destroys the yellow cleaning unit every 6 months. Blows out the plastic seal and destroys the auger spring like you mentioned. I assume the piping from the yellow cleaning unit to the waste toner bottle may be clogged up?

              Likely.
