E410 is a front cover open during copying jam. There are a few possibilities:
    1) Poorly actuated front door sensor
    2) power supply loss of a voltage
    3) Poor AC power provided to the machine (ground to neutral exceeds 1 vac, hot to neutral varies =/- 10% of rated voltage).
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Any chance you can put a ESP surge protector on the line, monitor it (including neutral to ground). Download the data and see if
      something shows up.

Make sure both tabs are present on the waste toner container. Had a few customers attempt to re-use the WTC and the missing tab will pop the front cover open while running, giving E410.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
