    4518A toner sticking to UFR

OEM supplies, less than 1/2 of the life of the UFR on the copy count. Toner sticking to the UFR. I remember seeing this back in the old 452 style machines but not the
newer ones. No fuser codes in the error history. Tech handed me this today. Checked the CSV's and the fuser codes are within the specs.001.png

I'm wondering if the enduser is printing heavy-fill heavy media on Plain paper settings. That could cause it.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Had a chat with my district rep Tuesday morning. He mentioned that this is sort of a "known" issue on LOW volume machine. Also, if the energy saver isn't used.
Both machines have energy saver/power saver set for 60 minutes. Both of these machines were installed years ago and have no where near the count that would
be the limit of the fuser rollers. I guess the PTFE is just "worn out".
