Hello everyone, I have this TOSHIBA E-STUDIO 5005 photocopier and I have a problem with the front and back... all the sheets get jammed in the reverse section as in the photo... that is, it prints the first side, but when it retracts the sheet to do the back it always gets jammed in the same place as in the photo.... can someone give me a solution... I also dismantled and cleaned the solenoid, eliminating the sticky sponge, but the problem remains the same... thanks to anyone who can give me a suggestion, considering that the printer was equipped with a finisher with stapler that I removed...and that simple printing/copying works without problems!!

That being an 05 series machine, I would pull the exit unit assembly, and check the brass bushings on the main drive roller. It was common for TABS
to apply black grease on the brass bushings on that series. It was to help avoid any moisture contamination during transit.
But, being that close to the fuser, that black grease would dry up and harden, and it could slow down that roller, which would throw the timing off and
cause duplex jams.Comment

The little plastic pip that the springs hook onto usually break and the spring is no longer anchored. There is a mod for this but you could also just wedge something in the hole to hold the springs in place (which is basically just what the mod is).Comment

I changed the screw on the card and the problem seems to have been solved... I will keep you updated. I thank the user Majorolla so much for posting this modification... I can't believe that that screw created so many problems for me😠ðŸ˜
