    Generally it is:

    [C97] High-voltage transformer abnormality
    (1) Is the main charger installed securely?
    (2) Check if the spring of high-voltage supply contact point is deformed.
    (3) Check if the needle electrode is broken or the main charger grid is deformed.
    (4) Check if any foreign matters is on the needle electrode or the main charger grid.
    (5) Is the transfer/separation charger installed securely?
    (6) Check if the transfer/separation charger wire is broken or unhooked.
    (7) Check if any foreign matter is on the transfer/separation charger wire.

But look more carefully at (7).

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

        Hi,

If you have cheked all item that Ivoby suggest, try to check bias voltage.
Also the connector from machine to developer unit. is it in good condition or not? the simple way is try to change process unit including developer unit from ohter machine which is running well.

        good luck.

Please check attached picture. The new electrode type might be the solution. You can remove these two points by yourself.

Right from the hell as you say.

Concerning paper jams. I have some questions:
                1. Firmware version? (Don't be mad)
                2. Paper jam code?
                3. Total counter?

Did you try in the morning to set a new paper right away from the ream? Did you test paper of better quality?
