    That machine is considered obsolete now, time to upgrade.
    But, in case you can find the parts, here they are.
    One thing you might do, pull the main drive. The toner motor is
    the small DC motor at the top of the drive. Two tiny screws on the
    other side of the motor will release it. It has a worm gear drive.
    Might look to see if the bushing for the gear is bound up. That series
    machines had problems with the black grease that would freeze up the
    drive units for the drum/developer as well.

      Thanks for the info. Is it pretty straight forward after removing rear cover to get to that motor?

        Seems the pressure spring for the toner drive was weak. Pulled it and made it stronger and all good now.
