It sorta looks like transfer waste brown, to me. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like charge lines from the drum unit. Enter service mode, test prints and run pattern 33 for the CMYK drum units. It will show up on the individual colors. If it's the IT belt or fuser, it will show on all 4 color print outs.

Yeah, probably the charge unit. Nice thing about those machines, easy to swap the black drum for one of the
other colors to see if it moves with the drum unit.Comment

Another vote for Black charge grid. Probably corroded a bit. You can usually give them a gentle wipe to get the customer printing a bit better again....but will need replacing to solve the problem.Comment
