GD1370, lcd 10 keypad grayed out

Tech had an issue with fax, the 10 keypad for the fax function is grayed out. He swapped out the fax board, no change.
He had a lease return 08 at the office and checked it and the 10 keypad (see attachment) was grayed out. I had him do
a decommission on the machine, which restored the 10 keypad. I've looked in the GD1370 & the 08/18 codes book but
can't find which code must have turned it off, but the decommission restored it.

LOL! This came up about a year ago. Some overly security conscious IT guy got into the web page and turned off everything he did not recognize. A lot of things stopped working, including this:

Thanks, I'll have him try it!

He just called me back, said the one in the field didn't work with just running the decommission feature for some reason,
but it worked in the shop.

Try 08-3849 Restriction on destination direct entry for FAX

Sets whether the direct entry of the FAX number is
available or not for the FAX mis-transmission
prevention function.
0: OFF (Disabled)
1: ON (Enabled)
