I'm putting a job through the 6530c and it needs to be saddle-stitched. It's three sheets of A3 100gsm double-sided fold to A4.
The saddle-stitcher is the MJ-1104 and the staples are in the right place but the fold keeps moving from the centre of the page spread, making the front half of the booklet about 2mm shorter than the back half. This results in part of the front page encroaching onto the back page via the spine.
I have tried other types of paper and it still does the same thing even on A4 fold to A5.
Has anyone come across this type of problem before? Is there a way of stopping this movement?
