[Electrical] e Studio 2500ac wanted firmware

    Hi.
Can someone help me? I am looking for firmware for the eStudio 2500ac printer. I had an error F101 13 and from what I found out I need a new firmware.
Lest there be a mistake, I enclose the plate from my printer.

    Thanks

You'll need firmware, yes, but you'll probably also need a HDD.

Were it me, I'd follow the test procedure on pg 826 of the manual, which will help you determine if the HDD is bad. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Thank you,

I would definitely do this procedure, but I don't have a service manual. Can you send me the entire manual or at least page 826? Please

There you go. When you get to the part about formatting the HDD, if you format the HDD your firmware will be gone.

          Thank you very much.

I am at the stage of disk format, which means I will definitely need firmware. Can you help me?

My stupidity was that I watched a movie on YT where a "specialist" suggested step by step how to save my printer when there is an error F103. Of course, it appeared there that I MUST format the disk. Later it turned out to be a scammer but I have a big problem now

Here is a link to a movie on YT, maybe someone will not be fooled by it:

The last machine that needed the mentus2.0 file is the eS350.

Extract the firmware file, & copy the extracted files to the USB stick. Power on into 49 mode ...

There's a very small chance that you've got a bad system board. Much more likely, it's a bad HDD ... yes, even though it will do a format.

I've seen one bad system board for issue, and maybe hundreds of bad hard drives. =^..^=
