    Toshiba 3505AC with partial background?

    Hi folks,
I have a es3505AC there is shading on a portion of the page. I've changed the developer and the drum. Did not make a difference. And ideas? Thanks

Same question, different words: Have you ruled out the scanner optics yet? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Have you looked at the black primary grid yet? I expect that it will be a pretty shade of green. Or perhaps the seesaw is broken and the grid is laying against the drum. =^..^=

Also check the interal test print to absolutely rule out the optics.

Once again, you were right on Blackcat! Grid was green. Replaced it and all is well with the world.

                  THANKS AGAIN
