    Auto Rotate on Toshiba 5015AC?

What is the purpose of the Paper of Different Direction setting? When copying a page on any 5015AC series machines with an MR-4000 in my office, no matter the direction of the originals it will auto rotate the image unless you explicitly choose a paper drawer to copy from. Even when turning the Paper of Different Direction setting on or off it will do this. It is also doing this on other models of machines, such as our 7516AC.

I have already replaced the Original Width Sensor Board and the Original Length Sensor-1 has been updated per technical bulletin TSB-2011.

If your problem is mismatched image/paper orientation the first thing that you'll have to determine is, which is being incorrectly identified? The original orientation or the print paper orientation? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

the paper of different direction setting isn't referring to the original being copied. it's referring to the paper in the drawers.

if you have 8.5 x 11 inch paper in a drawer, but it is stacked as LT-R instead of LT and the LT drawer runs out of paper, it will then pull from the LT-R drawer because they are both 8.5 x 11 inch paper. if you turn off that setting it will not pull paper from other drawers that have the same size paper in them.. it will make you put more paper in the drawer that is out of paper.
