Hello,
I have a problem with a Toshiba 2555 CSE (40 k black, 20 k cmyk - almost new ;-)).
Suddenly the machine notified to replace the black toner (k), because it should be empty. There is shown 0 % remaining capacity.
I`ve inserted a brand new toner, but nothing changed.
Then I've checked the "empty" toner in another machine, it has more than 80 %.
So the problem is that the machine shows that the toner is empty although it's not.
I've inserted a "new" used black developer from another machine, but the problem is still the same.
If you insert the developer and toner and close the front clap, then you hear that the toner feed is working, but after several seconds you get the same status that the toner is empty and has to be replaced.
I have a second machine of this type, so there are enough spare parts.
Does anyone has an idea to solve this problem?
