    Sheet!
It is usually a faulty IH coil that will take out and IGBT board.
I have seen only several occurances of this over the last 10 years or so of IH coil use by Toshiba.
Several on the one model should be reported immediately to Japan!

    Good luck

Check for a broken connector under the fuser. Teachers slam these shut and break them. Then the next time they get a jam and pull the fuser tray out the IH blows. Usually the connector is broken in the back of the machine

Yes Travis I have Seen this, several times in this series. In Fuser and LCC ,(Not for nothing but they are pretty cheap connector's) however in the instances I am concerned about I found no problem. replacement of IH Board is the only corrective measure

Thanks for the input it is appreciated.

I remember when that RIO series came out, they Toshiba sent us a bunch of IH boards to replace in our already in the field machines. I have had one e520 blow the circuit breaker in an office everytime they flipped the power switch on. It ended up being the IH board with no sign of anything physically wrong with it.
