    Toshiba 3511 not printing bullets??

I have an imagistics cm3530 (Toshiba 3511) that is connected to my vista computer. For some reason it is not printing Bullets of any kind on my documents... is this a setting or something?? Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you!

What driver are you using, PCL or PS, what is the firmware version?

That was my idea too. Try changing printer emulation to see if it helps.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you're using the PS driver, try choosing print as image under advanced option in the driver page.
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

If you go into the printer properties, there should be a tab called 'Font'. In here you should find a substitution table. You need to disable the font substitution and set an option (can't remember what it is called) to 'Download Fonts as Bitmap'.

This should then drag down the fonts with your print job rather than using the pre-installed fonts on your copier.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
