Fiery X3e+ won't bootPlease help!!!

Hello guys!

I have a E-Studio 3100c with a Fiery X3e+ integrated,but i am not experienced on this controllers

When i turned on for the first time it was in German language and i installed normally as all Toshiba Print Controllers that suport netwrok(Start-Run-cmd-net view)and it printed normally and a very good quality!

But after i installed in another pc,i couldnt print.The printing go to the printer from pc,but it not get printed.I changed maybe 3-4 pc's but it was the same.

I restored Factory Default and changed language from german to english,but after shows a message
"Booting....Please Wait" and seems to be booting normally,it stops and shows "Setup".
I have entered in Setup,and put server name,ip,and all configuration i need,but after i press Exit Setup,it never exits from setup.I press Cancel,Set(to exit setup) and nothing happens.

Is anyone experienced to help me,because is a big problem for my job.

This is not a speed demon. Let it set for 30 minutes and see if it comes up. If not then I am afraid I would suggest reloading the o/s on the fiery.

I think you are right,but the other problem is that idont have firmware for X3e+.
I will wait 30 minutes but i am thinking if i clone hdd from another fiery which works!!
