eStudio 280 Can't Access TOP ACCESS via network

Anyone know why we would not be able to access the "top access" of the eStudio 280? Machine works perfect. I don't know of a setting in admin that would stop this. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Make sure HTTP is enabled under Admin>Network. Also make sure you are not behind a proxy which might be blocking it. To really make sure nothing in between is blocking it connect directly to the machine and test it.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

      top access

I connected directly with crossover and can't get into top access via IP. I set up scan to box and installed downloader to go fetch docs. Works, but would still be nice to get into web access for setting up scan to email. Prints fine also.

Check in 08 if something concerning http port is changed. Default is 8080...

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

Check the above about the http and a firmware reload are all that come to mind.

Oh also try 08-690, and 08-947 at the same time. Warning: 690 formats your HDD so it'll get rid of scanned documents, templates, fax recv foward, address book.... so you might try 947 by itself first. 947 "initializes the firmware" but it also rebuilds the top access website.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

On the copier panel go to :
              User Function-Admin-Network-Http.
Check if it is enabled and check ports.
One port must be 80 and other port must be 8080.

you have probally tried this but can you get top access directly using a laptop and crossover cable ie connecting straght into the mfp and eliminating the network which may have restictions ie intranet not internet
