[CQ] eminent letters in E-352 copies

after doing PM for A TOSHIBA E-352 the letters in the printed/copied pages are eminent and protrusive.
Upper heater roller and cleaning roller were changed.

whats went wrong in our PM?.
    thanks in advance,

Can you post a picture of what you mean by "eminent and protrusive?" If by that you mean they look blurred or squashed then I would suspect the Lower Pressure Roller on this model. It doesn't look like you changed it out in the PM?
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

      Thanks for your response,
what i mean is whenever you make a copy and pass your fingertip on the page you can touch letters on the page (indeed all the black areas) as they are thicker than the rest of the page "bulged out" .

i.e. it seem that the fixing is not complete so that the toner particles stays on the page and not absorbed by the paper.

      p.s.
i cannot put a sample as you will not be able to see the difference by eye, you can just touch this difference

      thanks

Did you do a toner adjust (05-200) it may be running "dark" and that is what you are feeling. If the toner setup was not done correctly it will put too much toner down and cause "raised" letters.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

                Hi Everybody:
                we don't use Katun products,

the Fuser tension springs seems OK and there are no apparent adjustment that we can do for the machine.

I've replaced the whole Fuser unit and it the problem gone, i am so curious to check every single item to know the exact reason for this issue.

i shall bring you back the an additional details once i have them.

                BR,
                Mohammed

If you didn't change the lower roller in your PM I feel certain that's what was wrong with it.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
