Hello I was wondering if anyone has run into this code and has a fix for it? I do have the manuals but like usual everything checks out but still have problem. Thanks for any help.

Assuming you have feed tires and clutches in good shape, more than likely you have dust/dirt build up in sensors that detect paper travling through the verticle paper path. Disassemble and clean the sensors, check the condition of the actuator flags (nicks/flattened spots) and replace as necessary. The bridge unit sensors can also give you EB50 codes if they are filthy.If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.Comment

Thanks for the replys. I went there myself to look at the problem and found a paper scrap on a bridge unit actuater and that was the problem. It also had a main motor error code that was from the fuser bearings being locked up.Comment

That's the first bearings I've ever heard of locking up on Toshibas... are we just lucky?I will not give you service manuals or firmware.Comment
