Toshiba E-Studio 351c shows a black line.

Hello
I have a Toshiba E-Studio 351c and when i print from pc,image is perfect.
When i make copies from ADF everything is ok,but when i make a copy of an ID card for example on glass,it shows a perfect black line on top of the edge.Only when i copy a fully texted A4,it doesnt show any line.
This happens in color mode and b&w.
Can you help me

you can try re-adjusting the white cover under the RADF.
remove it from the RADF, then place it on the Platten glass, keeping it to the top left corner, then close the RADF

yea, when the cover is not adjusted properly, the scanner will reflect a dark area, thus the black line.
learnt it the hard way....

your problem is that you don't read the information in the cover ADF... follow the instructions. you must clean the small glass... must be clean without dirty... and your done... excuse me. i dont know english.. i am learning...
