    Toshiba e600 code c471

Working on a toshiba e600 with a c471 call for service code.
My local toshiba board repair vendor told me to pull the board on the front of the fuser and bring it in... That was sure to be the problem! Well i took it in friday and got it back today with a note...... "no problem found"! Now what? Anybody out there in toshiba land know this machine? Thanks.

Are you resetting 08-400 to zero each time it codes out?
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

        Reset the 08-400 code.
Check the plugs on the back of the fuser and the transport unit for broken connector or paper in them.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Is your thermostat, it uses 2 check the holders(ceramic) for burn marks, I seen this so many times replace both the thermostat and holder and reset 08-400= 0

There are 4 connectors on the machine, 1 on the back of the fuser and 1 on the machine it connects with, 1 on the duplex/adu and where it meets up with the machine. Check those for broken connectors or paper in them, as Mr spock said. If no probs with those try the thermistors first. In the 08-400, what was the number in there?
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

After reset the code, it still happen again, check both thermistors whether is deformed or not, replace it if necessary.

After replace also happen again, proceed with checking themostat, IH coil and lastly IH board.

Not stable power supply might be the problem, too. I have had one such a problem. After installation of power conditioner problem gone. But this is only one case. Star with Mr Spock advices.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.
