    estudio55 fuser help

I have an estudio 55 that runs at about 40 k/mo and it seem to wear out the fuser rollers pretty quickly. Nothing breaks it just wears out and starts jamming. I see a few other es45 and 55 but none that run any volume. Am I missing something.

All my larger Toshibas that are running far below recommended monthly volume seem to eat up fuser rollers. You might check the Energy Saver settings, maybe have it sleep sooner. Might want to lower the temo in E.S. also. When we were still a Toshiba dealer, we all felt that the fuser was the weakest link in all the boxes. Now that we\'re not a Tos dealer anymore, Katun rollers seem to work better for us.

you may want to look at replacing the cleaning rollers more often they are cheaper than the HR. But I agree with the other tech the katun rollers are better But if you are a promasters dealer you cann't used them.
