hi, we have a fuser that keeps giving us a fuser error c411 and c412. i have tried to clear the error in 0,8 mode and it dosent work. the status counter says the error is a "2" and then i clear it to "0" but it keeps coming back. i have dissasembled the entire fuser and have taken out the heater lamps and i noticed that the white caps at each end are really loose and they move from side to side really easy. my question is how do i know that the thermistor, thermopile, thermostat and heater lamps are in working condition, because my problem is going to be one of those parts. the heater lamps are completly clear, any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

*UPDATE* i have a 100% working fuser that i used to check the thermopile's and the machine comes up to a "READY" stage, so i know that isn't one of the four possibilities. -
