    e-studio 6520c C449

I have an e-studio 6520c with a c449 code. I have replaced the LSU board the thermistors and the thermopiles still no change. The machine comes to ready, I can make 20 copies then the code comes. Any ideas?

What do you mean by the p/r? I do not work on toshibas, just Kyoceras. That is where the problem lies. Kyocera bought these e-studio 6520's and put there own front panel on it and calls them a 650C. the support that I am getting from kyocera is very bad because no one is use to the product.
What is strange is that the machine comes to ready makes 10 to 20 copies then gives a C449. the code can be reset in 08 mode.

Pressure Roller. Seams like it is losing heat when the paper is passing through the fuser.

Is the machine plugged into a 20A circuit? These things have a max load of 18A and need their own circuit breaker...
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

The c449 is an overheat code. That is what is weird that the machine comes to ready and making copies caauses the overheat condition. Yes it is on a 20 amp circuit. I actually pulled the machine and now it is in the shop. I orered a new fuser for it, I will post the results

The new fuser fixed it. It looks like it will be covered under warranty, but I still would have liked to know exactly what was wrong with it.
