E-Studio 28 constant jam after warming up

Hi all,
My customer's machine goes into a constant jam that can't be cleared, after it's been on for about 10 minutes. The jam is showing in the fuser area. I replaced the fuser jam sensor, but it hasn't helped. If they let the machine cool, they can use it again, so it's definitely heat related. Thanks for any ideas you may have.

Shows a jam or actually jams? If it jams making a copy after warm up I would look at the exit sensor actuator, they get really gummed up and or deformed from the heat.
