      Models: e-STUDIO 550 / 650 / 810
      Subject: COUNTERMEASURE FOR FAULTY
      FUSER DRAWER CONNECTION

Poor contact of the fuser drawer connector may cause the following

      error codes: C41~C46, C4A, CD5, E01, E03. To correct this issue, a
spacer (see SPL p25 item 1 attached) has been added between the
fuser connector and the frame; also the springs (see SPL p24 item 8
attached) have been changed to provide more tension.
This change has been applied since January 2003 production:
      e-Studio 550 TA314824
      e-Studio 650 WA312627
      e-Studio 810 XA311627

      SPC067-070-140 SPC068-080-160
A kit (6GAC46KIT00 KIT-C46) has been prepared that includes the
two springs and the spacer. The kit can be ordered free of charge until

If a C46 error continues to occur after installation of the kit, please

                      E550 Thermistor

Many thanks for your reply, friend. As I check in precisionroller.com website, I saw the part no for thermistor E550 and Upper Picker Finger E550 are the same. That's why I am confused. I heard people said that market does not carry thermistor E550 (O). Is it true? Can anyone help me answer please ? I heard some kind of thermistor Ricoh AF2035 (AW10-0052) can be used for thermistor E550. Basically, the thermistor of full ranges for ricoh and toshiba machines are quite similar, only different on the length of the wire. Please help me check how much normally you guys buy for E550 thermistor ? I wanna buy 300-500 pcs either original or compatible ( need both upper and lower)
