Click Print as image when driver box comes up.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Are you using the PS3 driver or PCL6? We have nothing but problems when we use the PS driver to print pdf's. I've seen it work for a while and then when Adobe does an update the PS driver starts acting up. We now only load the PCL6 driver on customers machines.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

also, in Toshiba world, frequently the drivers are matched to a firmware update. This means you should get the MFP to the correct firmware level before trying to utilize the newer drivers. The PDF file is probably generating a Post Script error and causing the lock up. Print as image (previous post) is a really good workaround for these types of issues. EMujo

On the Other Tab in the PSL3 Driver is PosrScript Options, uncheck PostScript PassThrough only.

What Version of Adobe PDF Reader are you using?

What Version of firmware is the e281c at? Should be V354.

What Version of Print Driver are you using? Should be V4.5.79.0.

Load both PCL6 & PSL3 drivers and test.

Change Port from RAW to LPR.

              LPR Print Queue Name: print
Uncheck LPR Byte Counting and SNMP Status

Did you inadvertantly download the PCL6 driver? Only supports B&W....Emujo

                      FYI.Toshiba.com

Either the 451C PS, or the PCL5eC. Don't use the univ driver unless you have to..ie no Win7 driver. Emujo
