I have had this issue on all of my 350 & 450's. The way fixed this was useing a spacer of some type to put between the main charge holder and the track. what happens is the guide slides toward the grid. but also check the transfer seperation charge block for small cracks. and there is aldo a modification that just came out about a month ago for this. But since I have taken the steps listed the issues have't returned.

          Hi all,

          My suggestion,

after you have finished with the problem C970. do not forget always to clear the counter of charger in PM support mode when you replace the wire. If you don't, every time counter of charger count up than the more higher charge will increase. wire will vibrate/shake more stronger. that's why the terminal or grid will lackage.

          thanks

            C970

There is an update from Toshiba - a stronger spring for charge wire.
I had one mc with a defective drum. Replacing drum fix the problem.
