    3560 Drum Jitter

Did the PM on the machine. Now has a bad drum jitter and vibration. Did not have it before the PM. Removed the drum unit, and ran in 03 mode. No noise. Ran with Developer unit in 03 mode, no noise. Put the process unit back together and ran in 03 mode and it jitters like crazy.
I'm pulling my hair out on this one guys. Maybe something I missed. I haven't seen one of these in years.
sigpic No! we never do that with the copier.

Check the drum blade if drum is not dusted it can cause the blade to flip.

Already replaced the drum and drum blade. Still getting the jitter. I am going to replace the developer spacing guide rollers next. I think the spacing isn't correct and may be causing the jittering. Weird problem though.

Dev spacers(mag roller roll guides) will do that more than likely.3 or so drum without replacing them?Check side dev seals for cuts and if any replace them.
These will allow developer run via and damaging roll guides.

        Good luck

I agree... drum spacer rollers play up 'lots' on 2060/2860/3560/4560.. check if they wobble from side to side a lot-sometimes you can do a temporary fix by packing them on both sides with flat washers.
